What should I pack for the retreat?
A suggested packing list will be provided upon registration. Generally, comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, personal toiletries and an open mind are recommended.
How are payments accepted?
Payments are listed in the Welcome Packet- we accept Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card via Square Up.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated during meals?
Yes, we strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Please fill out the Dietary Preferences and Restrictions/Allergies Form to ensure we meet your needs.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are detailed in the Terms and Conditions Policy document.

Can I modify my room reservation after booking?
Room modifications may be subject to availability and specific policies. Please contact us to inquire about any possible changes.
Can i transfer my event registration to someone else?
Event registrations are non-transferable; therefore participants cannot transfer their registration to another individual. Each attendee is required to register separately. If you have any concerns or specific questions, please contact Amanda or Courtney.
Can I bring a guest who is not registered?
No, attendees are not allowed to bring additional guests who are not registered for the event. Participation is limited to registered attendees only.
